The Central Wyoming College Band meets Thursday nights from 6:30 to 8:20 PM.  Made up of students and adults, the musicians come from throughout Fremont County to enjoy the recreation of classic and contemporary works for band.  Professor Dehnert has been Conductor of the band since 1992 and it performs one concert per semester on average.

Periodically, the College Band performs a "Pops" concert mid-year and many of the musicians continue to perform over the summer months in the "Hot Notes / Cool Nites Concerts in the Park". These concerts take place in the Riverton and Lander City Parks on Monday nights for six weeks beginning in late June.  Each concert includes five or six band works and a guest artist.

For more information on performances or to become a member of the College Band, please call the "Bandline" at Central Wyoming College at 1-800-735-8418, extension 2276 or 855-2276.
